Jakarta, June 4, 2025 — The Peneleh Jang Oetama Foundation held a strategic audience with the Minister of Culture, Fadli Zon, to present its cultural vision and promote its “Basic Practice” Cultural Recommendations aimed at enriching national education and research with local values.

The meeting, attended by the foundation’s board members and national coordinator of Peneleh Activists, underscored a shared commitment to uphold Article 32 of the 1945 Constitution, which mandates the promotion of Indonesian culture.

Minister Fadli Zon expressed strong support for the initiative, stating the Ministry would continue to encourage cultural contributions rooted in national identity.

The foundation highlighted its inspiration from national hero H.O.S. Tjokroaminoto and reaffirmed its dedication to embedding cultural values in intellectual and educational development.

The meeting concluded with an exchange of books and tokens, symbolizing ongoing collaboration between civil society and the government in cultural advancement.
