On Tuesday 25th February 2025, Peneleh Research Institute (PRI) has established an arrangement to implement the Letter of Intent, signed earlier with CENPRIS Universiti Sains Malaysia. The meeting was held to discuss upcoming agenda of research camp that will take place on May 11-12, 2025 in Singosari, Malang East Java.

Dr. Novrida Qudsi Lutfillah as Director of Peneleh Research Institute described the activities that have been conducted by Peneleh Research Institute, “we empower society through research. We will make sure the participants or research activists will experience the involvement with the society. Even our research method employs Nusantara Paradigm”. The meeting was also attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ari Kamayanti (Peneleh Research Institute Expertise Board) and Amelia Indah Kusdewanti, MSA (Senior Researcher of PRI).

From Centre for Policy Research (CPR), Universiti Sains Malaysia, Dr. Illisriyani Ismail and the team looking forward to be part of the program. She said that this program is line with an initiative that is coined by the centre which is the Maritime Nusantara & Sustainability Policy Initiative (M.U.T.I.A.R.A). This MUTIARA Initiave mission is to support on the blue economy, sustainable development, and maritime Nusantara policies.
